Every client is different, but just to give you an idea of the charges, The Perfect Plan starts at just £20.00 per month (or 65p per day) for the small business owner. The Reception Plan is slightly more costly but includes a complete service including your own named receptionist within the contact centre.
Timed Plan is where you are able to brief staff members to take calls on your behalf through to completion, as the name implies you are charged by the minute because this type of work means the receptionist will be on the call various amounts of time, collecting information from the caller or maybe advising the caller on your product range and collecting detailed information about their requirements or maybe an order or booking for your company as well as their name and contact details.

The Perfect Plan is a "pay for what you use service" and gives you outstanding value for money, with a minimum charge of £20 per month. Please note the above prices are for a LIMITED PERIOD only and there are only a few spaces left on this plan. Once you have signed up you will carrying on paying the introductory price above.

Timed plan is for organisations that require more than a Reception Support service.
Where appropriate, the receptionists are trained to take calls through to completion. This can include order taking, credit card payments, diary management, bookings and customer registration.
The pricing consists of 2 elements:
| Bronze: For companies where their requirements, once established, remain static. A designated Team Leader to liaise with and a monthly report. | From £20 per month |
| Silver: For companies where our staff need to have regular updates. As Bronze and in addition your Team Leader will have a “phone meeting” on a weekly basis for up to an 30 minutes, and the updates relayed to the team. | £100 per month |
