Most businesses pay bills on a regular basis for services, lines and call packages that they no longer use.

These services may never have been needed. Often they have been agreed as a result of as phone call from a call centre worker, keen to close a deal to meet their internal sales target for their latest promotion rather than as a result of a genuine evaluation of your companies current needs.

Their months sales target maybe done that month, but your company may be paying for an unused service years later.

Packages, contract deals and special offers can sound great at the time but circumstances change so quickly in business that often you are better with a more straight forward billing arrangement you actually understand that is a fair price for the services you need and one that you can get out of at any time should your requirements change.

Yes we all want to save money, but as a business owner we don’t want to have to spend a lot of time doing it, otherwise the financial savings become meaningless.

One understandable bill for a number of different services all paid monthly on one direct debit makes a lot of sense for many businesses.
